For your protection we recommend that you only communicate with buyers using Icephorm’s built-in messaging service.
You can contact the buyer by going to your Sales page, finding the correct order and clicking the username of the person that bought your item. Once here you can create your message by adding a subject and your message into the boxes provided. Once finished press send.
You can view all of your previous messages in your inbox by clicking the inbox tab or any sent messages via the sent tab. If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us via the admin button on the top left of the page.
